Team loop
Share one folder with your organization so every member’s agent sees what the others are working on there, and hand work to a teammate with a link. Only folders you connect to the team are shared: their metadata, plus the excerpts a handoff or a teammate’s yield why carries; What your team sees says exactly what.
Share a folder
yield connect --account acmeRun it in the repository, with your organization’s name. Before it connects anything it says what every member will see and asks; answering no keeps the folder personal. Sessions you start in the folder from then on are the team’s. Sessions you started there before stay in your personal account.
Each member connects the folder on their own computers the same way: every clone of one git origin joins the same Project. The first time, it signs this computer in to the organization, which a teammate who takes your handoffs needs too (yield login --account acme). yield disconnect stops sharing the folder’s new sessions; the Project stays.
See what teammates are doing
yield contextMeant for an agent at the start of a session: in a shared folder it lists teammates’ live and recent sessions (the last 7 days) as one line each, who, title, state, since when and files written, then your own recent sessions and the handoffs you can see. The tonbo skill tells your agent to run it before it plans, so it notices when a teammate is already changing the files it is about to change.
yield ps --account acme lists every member’s sessions in the team’s Projects, and yield why <path> --account acme lists every member’s turns that changed a file. A teammate’s sessions show only their metadata. From Yield 0.3.9, why also shows each teammate’s turn’s prompt and final reply, through the secret filter (What your team sees); before, it shows no text of theirs.
While one of your team sessions is live, Yield compares the files it writes with those of teammates’ live sessions of the last two hours, from that same metadata, and when both wrote the same file each of you gets one inbox message. No turn text is read for it.
Hand work to a teammate
yield --task "review the migration and ship it" --to mei # one member
yield --task "review the migration and ship it" # anyone in the teamIt prints a link to paste wherever your team talks. The teammate runs yield take <link> in a clone of the repository: it restores your snapshot into a new directory and prints the task, the files and your last turns, for their agent to read as context. When they finish, yield done "<result>", and you bring the result onto a branch with yield pull <link>.
Only a session started after the folder was shared can be handed to the team. yield events prints what happened to your handoffs since you last looked (taken, done, needs a human), yield inbox keeps them as messages, and a take that loses to another teammate names who has it.
